Concrete Raising - Undersealing
Settled Slabs

Pavement and slab settlement problems are common to highways, bridge approaches, taxiways/runways and factory floors. Many settlement problems are caused by weak underlying soils.

Slabs are lifted, realigned and stabilized by drilling a pattern of 5/8" holes and injecting high density water blown polyurethane. As the material expands, the voids are filled and a controlled pressure is exerted to lift the effected area.

This state of the art technology allows incremental lifting of slabs, excellent control of injected material and reduces slab cracking. The lightweight characteristics of the material used in the raising process add little additional weight to the already distressed sub-base. Rapid curing of this material allows raised slabs to be ready for traffic almost immediately with minimal traffic delays or disruption to your operation.

Savings realized versus concrete replacement can be up to 75%.
