About Atlas Restoration

Our mission is to satisfy our customers’ needs while maintaining a leadership role in the field of waterproofing and foundation repair.

PEOPLE

Ed Weiner has been in the foundation repair and grouting business for over 35 years. He started his career in construction by working in the family waterproofing business. He was co-founder of TCDI (The Concrete Doctor, Inc). His construction management experience includes foundation waterproofing, underpinning, highway pavement repair and pressure grouting projects.

Marty Sobelman has been in the construction business for over 25 years. He has extensive knowledge of repair materials and their applications. Currently holds the positions of President for the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI). This organization is devoted to improving the quality of concrete restoration, repair & protection through education of members and those who use their services.

Wil Smudde heads the production staff. His project resume includes basement waterproofing, structural foundation repair, soil retention & slabjacking. Experience includes residential, commercial, industrial and public sector projects.

Ron Bartelstein has over 25 years of construction experience. His specialty is repair of warehouse floors with curl and joint problems. He began his career as an estimator in the residential waterproofing business. He has extensive experience with drain tile installations and underpinning. He also co-founded TCDI.

Chris Heintz leads our estimating staff. He has extensive foundation repair knowledge and experience including waterproofing and structural projects.

HISTORY

For over 25 years Atlas Restoration has been a leader in the foundation repair and restoration business. Until 1996, when it became independent, Atlas Restoration was a division of TCDI The Concrete Doctor, Inc.
